З ПРИВОДУ ПУБЛІКАЦІЇ RT ПРО ПРИЗНАЧЕННЯ СИРСЬКОГО

Російський пропаґандистський канал RT відгукнувся на призначення Олександра Сирського на посаду Головнокомандувача Збройних Сил України ось такою публікацією: Сусідка батьків Сирського: якби він відмовився від посади, його розстріляли б. Ми поширили цей текст на УСІМ з післямовою, у якій висловлено нашу позицію з приводу як самої публікації, так і чергового необдуманого кадрового рішення президента України Володимира Зеленського. Ось ця післямова:

RT — російський пропагандистський канал, який поширює ворожу пропаґанду і який справедливо заслуговує осуду, і ми свого часу не раз писали про це. 

У даному випадку йдеться про факти, про які напевно знали і в Офісі Президента України, і в Службі Безпеки України і які було проіґноровано в процесі обговорення кандидатур на заміну Валерія Залужного на посаді Головнокомандувача Збройних Сил України. 

Якщо виходити з аналізу кадрової політики президента України Володимира Зеленського в цілому, то нічого дивного в цьому конкретному випадку немає. Зеленський обʼєднав у своїй команді багатьох політиків і урядовців, які мають російське коріння, родинні звʼязки з Росією й громадянство Росії.

У час повномасштабної війни Росії проти України вибір на посаду Головнокомандувача ЗСУ людини, яка має родинні зв’язки у країні, яка розвʼязала цю війну, не вкладається в голову. Найменша підозра, найменший чинник такого характеру мав би стати на перешкоді такому призначенню. На жаль, не став.

При цій нагоді варто також нагадати, що імʼя ґенерала Сирського, як і ґенерала Хомчака, давно не сходить з язика такого собі Ігоря Беркута, який є промоутером проекту так званого Небесного Єрусалиму. Якщо В. Зеленський не знає про це, то СБУ напевно про це добре знає. Навіть цей явно конспіролоґічний факт мав би зупинити Зеленського. Але не зупинив.

Як відгук на нашу публікацію, один із читачів в Україні, близький до Офісу президента України, написав мені:

«Це лайкає мама Сирського. Ще вона вважає героями російських солдатів. Товариш Сталін казав: “У нас сын за отца не отвэчает”. А у нас — син за маму відповідає? Якщо і ні, то ми підкинули добрий материіал для російських ІПСО».

Я відповів йому, що «ми нічого нікуди не підкидаємо. Ми роздумуємо над фактом чи фактами, які мають місце бути. І тут не все так просто, щоб усе звести до російських ІПСО», а також додав, що «у мене особлива любов до крємльовскіх курсантов». На це він написав докладніше так:

«По-перше, підкинули не ви, а ми (тобто ОПУ). По-друге, у нас з кадровими призначеннями чомусь часто одні проколи. А людину треба перевіряти до призначення, а не після. Це стосується не Сирського, а тих призначених чиновників, у яких тільки зараз познаходили паспорти РФ або мільйонні статки при зарплаті у 40 тисяч на місяць. По-третє, не поділяю Вашу любов до МВОКУ. Серед офіцерів ЗС СРСР це училище називали “пистолетно-балетное”, бо вони тільки на парадах і марширували. За неофіційним рейтингом, серед піхотних училищ на першому місці було Ленінградське ВОКУ, на другому — Київське ВОКУ. А на останньому — Бакинське ВОКУ. В армії була навіть приказка: “Если в сыне нету проку, то отдай в Бакинское ВОКУ”».

ABOUT RTʼS PUBLICATION ON SYRSKYI’S APPOINTMENT

The Russian propaganda channel RT responded to the appointment of Oleksandr Syrskyi to the position of Armed Forces of Ukraine Commander-in-Chief with the following publication: Neighbor of Syrskyi’s parents: if he had refused his position, he would have been shot. We shared this text UWIN with an afterword, which expresses our position regarding both the publication itself and another thoughtless personnel decision by Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyi. Here is the afterword:

RT is a Russian propaganda channel that spreads hostile propaganda and which is rightly deserving of condemnation, and we have written about it more than once.

In this case, we are talking about facts that were probably known both in the Office of the President of Ukraine and in the Security Service of Ukraine, and which were ignored in the process of discussing candidacies to replace Valeriy Zaluzhnyy as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

If we proceed from the analysis of the personnel policy of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as a whole, then there is nothing surprising in this particular case. Zelenskyy has united in his team many politicians and government officials who have Russian roots, family ties to Russia, and Russian citizenship.

During a full-scale war between Russia and Ukraine, choosing for the position of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces a person who has family ties to the country that started this war is not in the head. The slightest suspicion, the slightest factor of this nature should stand in the way of such an appointment. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen.

On this occasion, it is also worth reminding that the name of General Syrskyi, as well as General Khomchak, has long been on the lips of someone known as Igor Berkut, who is the promoter of the so-called Heavenly Jerusalem project. If V. Zelenskyy does not know about it, then the SBU probably knows about it well. Even this clearly conspiratorial fact should have stopped Zelenskyу. But it did not stop.

As a response to our publication, one of the readers in Ukraine, close to the Office of the President of Ukraine, wrote to me:

“Syrskyi’s mother curses this. She also considers Russian soldiers to be heroes. Comrade Stalin used to say: “A son does not avenge his father.” And our son is responsible for his mother? If not, then we threw up good material for the Russian IPSO.”

I answered him that “we don’t drop anything anywhere. We reflect on a fact or facts that have to be. And here everything is not so simple as to reduce everything to the Russian IPSO”, and also added that “I have a special love for the Kremlin cadets”. To this he wrote in more detail as follows:

“First of all, it was not you who threw it, but we (that is, the OPU). Secondly, for some reason, we often have the same problems with personnel appointments. And a person should be checked before the appointment, not after. This does not apply to Syrskyi, but to those appointed officials who have just now been recognized with Russian passports or million-dollar fortunes with a salary of 40,000 hryvnya per month. Thirdly, I do not share your love for MHMCS. Among the officers of the USSR Armed Forces, this school was called “pistole-ballet school”, because they only marched in parades. According to the unofficial rating, among the infantry schools, the Leningrad HMCS was in first place, and the Kyiv HMCS was in second place. And on the last one — Baku HMCS. There was even a saying in the army: “If your son has no use, send him to the Baku HMCS”.
